Accepted payment methods, billing, charges… Everything you need to know about paying for an Experience by Les Pépites de France!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept three payment methods:

  • By standard credit/debit card;

  • By Apple Pay for users of Apple devices running iOS;

  • By Google Pay for users of Android devices.

All these payment options are automatically displayed during the booking process of your next Experience.

When will I be charged?

There are three scenarios:

  • The partner has chosen to manually confirm your booking: You will only be charged once the partner officially confirms your request. If the partner declines, you won’t be charged.

    Note: A temporary charge may appear on your bank statement. This is a pre-authorization hold required for the booking. It will disappear automatically within 21 days if the booking is not confirmed.

  • You booked using the Standard Offer: If the partner has not opted for manual confirmation, you will be charged immediately. This amount is non-refundable once the booking is made.

  • You booked using the Flexible Offer: A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the card used for payment, and the charge will be processed 7 days before the scheduled date.

How can I get an invoice?

It’s easy!

  1. Go to your Profile page and scroll down to your upcoming Reservations;

  2. Click on the reservation for which you want to download the invoice;

  3. Click on View Invoice and voilà.
