Can I cancel or modify my booking?
As explained in this article 👉 What Is the Pricing Policy for Experiences?, some Experiences offer up to two pricing options:
Standard Offer: More affordable, this option does not allow for cancellations, modifications, or refunds.
Flexible Offer: As the name suggests, this option gives you more flexibility. By choosing it, you can cancel, modify, or get a refund for your Experience up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
Therefore, only bookings made with the Flexible Offer can be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?
Go to your Profile page and scroll down to see your upcoming Reservations;
Click on the reservation you want to modify;
Click the Contact Us button;
We will then get in touch with the provider on your behalf to connect you as quickly as possible and process your request.
