How are our Experience prices set?
To bring you ever more incredible Experiences, we’ve chosen to work with equally exceptional Providers. Every Experience offered has been tested and approved by our team. We place complete trust in our providers.
These providers are free to set and adjust the prices of the Experiences they offer on Pépites de France.
Why are there multiple offers for some Experiences? What do they mean?
For certain Experiences, you may see up to two pricing options:
Standard Offer: More affordable, this option does not allow cancellations, changes, or refunds.
Flexible Offer: As the name suggests, this option gives you more flexibility in your booking. By choosing it, you can cancel, modify, or get a refund for your Experience up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
💡 In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, offering a Flexible option helps us cover the costs related to processing your change or cancellation requests. It also allows our partners to protect themselves from potential financial losses due to excessive cancellations.
