If you have just paid for a Premium access to Les Pépites de France and nothing has changed in your app, you are in the right place.
These instructions are valid regardless of the type of subscription chosen (lifetime, annual, or monthly).
Update the app
It is possible that your current version of Les Pépites de France is not the latest one. Thus, the subscription system might be malfunctioning.
For Apple device users (iPhone)
Open the App Store app.
Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes.
Tap Update next to an app to download the latest version.
For Android device users (Samsung, Google, Huawei, etc.)
Open the Google Play Store app.
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Manage apps & device > Manage.
Tap the app you want to update.
Note: Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available."
Tap Update.
Restore your purchases
In some cases, especially if you have changed phones, purchases made on another device may not be automatically recognized by your new device, even after you log in with your usual account.
There is a feature called "Restore my purchases" which allows you to link your account with previous purchases.
How to restore my purchases in the Les Pépites de France app?
Hidden Pépites are present on your map and indicated by a locked padlock 🔒 on a golden background, as shown below:
Click on one of these padlocks; a new screen will appear with the different subscriptions. ⚠️ Do not pay for a new subscription. Simply click on Restore my purchases.
Close the app and then restart it. If you had already subscribed to a subscription, everything should be back to normal. If it's not, please contact us from your profile.
